The Ultima Weapon card would work well in a control or midrange deck that aims to keep the opponent's board clear while building up a strong creature to attack with. However, for a more efficient removal option, a similar card like Batterskull that provides lifelink and can be easily bounced back to the hand for reuse might be a better choice in most situations.
