Dwarven Provisioner would mainly benefit a white go-wide, tokens, or aggressive creature deck—especially one that can produce many creatures and use its activated ability as a combat-finishing trick—but paying four mana for only +1/+1 until end of turn is expensive, and the card’s value is limited further if its own power and toughness are modest. In most constructed formats, better options include Glorious Anthem, which grants a permanent +1/+1 to your creatures for only three mana, Intangible Virtue in a token-focused deck because it also grants vigilance, and Wedding Announcement, which creates tokens while eventually providing a static anthem; creature-based decks may also prefer Benalish Marshal for a stronger permanent bonus. Dwarven Provisioner could see play in casual Commander or Limited if the deck reliably goes wide and lacks stronger anthem effects, but it is generally too inefficient for competitive play and should usually be replaced by a cheaper or more powerful team-wid
