The Snowman F would benefit a control deck that aims to stall the game and prevent its key cards from being sent to the Reserve. While its Fleeting ability can be useful in certain situations, there are better cards available that offer more impactful effects for the same cost, such as the Ice Giant G which can freeze an opponent's board.
