Esta carta, Tundra, sería beneficiosa en un mazo que se centre en jugar hechizos tanto blancos como azules, como un mazo de control en Magic: the Gathering. Proporciona flexibilidad al producir mana blanco o azul, lo que permite una fijación de mana suave y acceso a ambos colores. Aunque Tundra es una opción sólida de tierra dual, algunos podrían argumentar que tierras duales más eficientes como Fuente Sagrada o Fortaleza Glacial podrían ser mejores opciones dependiendo de la estrategia del mazo y la curva de mana.
