About Bumblebeet
Bumblebeet, Character, first released in September 2026 in the set Whispers from the Maze.
Bumblebeet is a niche inclusion for a low-curve deck that wants a cheap character to remain in an expedition, especially a deck built around permanent boosts, support abilities, or exploiting Anchored to maintain a key lane; however, spending 1 mana for an otherwise small character whose main payoff is only gaining Anchored is usually below rate, since Anchored can also become a liability when you need to recall, replay, or reposition it. It is generally outclassed by more efficient one-cost characters that provide immediate expedition progress, card advantage, mana value, or a stronger persistent effect, so Bumblebeet should only see play if your specific strategy actively rewards having an Anchored character rather than merely tolerating one.
