Bravos Cloudhog best fits a Bravos tempo or midrange deck that actively uses Sabotage, pressures the opponent’s hand, and benefits from gaining boosts to win expeditions; however, its value is conditional because the boost only happens when the discarded card is a Character, so it can be weak against decks with few Characters or when Sabotage misses. Unless your list specifically supports discard effects, more reliable two-cost Bravos options such as Bravos Pathfinder or Bravos Tracer are generally better because they provide consistent board presence or expedition value without depending on the opponent’s hand composition. Cloudhog can see play as a synergy or meta call in a Sabotage-focused build, but it should not be an automatic inclusion and is usually inferior to dependable tempo cards in a standard Bravos deck.
