A deck that aims to win quickly through alternative win conditions like Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries could benefit from Leveler as a way to instantly exile their library and trigger those win conditions. However, Leveler's high mana cost and risky effect make it less efficient compared to other cards like Thassa's Oracle or Demonic Consultation, which achieve a similar goal more reliably and efficiently. Overall, Leveler may not see much play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks due to its drawbacks and better alternatives available.
