About Paris
Paris, Character, first released in September 2026 in the set Neverending Journey.
As an Az/Dis/Yzmir aligned card, **Paris** slots naturally into aggressive and tempo-focused decks that can leverage a 1/1 Soldier body with potential scaling, especially those splashing Yzmir for token synergy or burn support while keeping a light curve; however, **Paris** competes with the strictly better 1-cost options in Az/Dis/Yzmir such as **Hired Hothead** or **Ordis Recruit** / **Dis Recruit** variants and the format staple **Ampor Leaper**, all of which either generate more value, provide immediate pressure, or scale more effectively without the Yzmir restriction, so unless it enables a specific token, sacrifice, or burn combo in your list, **Paris** should not see play over those more flexible and impactful alternatives.
