A deck that aims to take advantage of casting multiple spells in a turn, such as a spell-heavy control deck or a combo deck reliant on chaining spells for a win condition, would benefit from including Crow Storm. While Storm Crow itself may be a fun and flavorful addition, for competitive play, more powerful storm cards like Tendrils of Agony or Grapeshot would likely be more efficient win conditions. However, for a casual and thematic deck, Crow Storm could certainly see play and lead to some entertaining moments.
