Telemachus fits aggressive Bravos lists that can reliably replay characters from Reserve and capitalize on boosts, especially decks using boost payoffs or ways to move a boosted character between expeditions; paying 1 mana for a character that can enter with two boosts from Reserve is an efficient rate and makes it a solid early-game tempo piece. It is not universally better or worse than other Bravos one-drops, since cards with immediate expedition stats, disruption, or stronger synergy may be preferable depending on the list, but Telemachus is among the better low-cost options specifically for a Reserve-and-boost strategy rather than a generic midrange shell. It should see play in dedicated boost/Reserve Bravos decks, though usually not as an automatic inclusion in every Bravos deck.
