This card would mostly benefit slow blue control or Commander value decks that want a repeatable card-advantage engine and can protect a 5-mana creature, especially if they also run untap effects or ways to keep it alive, but as a standalone threat it is fairly inefficient because you spend a whole turn casting it before getting any cards. In most formats, better options already exist: `Rhystic Study` and `Mystic Remora` are stronger and cheaper engines in noncreature shells, `Consecrated Sphinx` is a much more explosive creature draw card, and even `The One Ring` or `Mulldrifter` often give more immediate value for the cost. So I’d say this should mainly see casual or Commander play, not serious competitive play, unless the deck is specifically built to abuse tapping, untapping, or legendary-creature synergies.
