Della & Bolt is best in a dedicated Axiom engine or permanent-combo deck that uses several strong exhaust abilities, reserve effects, or high-value permanents that become much more powerful when activated twice; it is especially attractive in slower, setup-oriented lists rather than aggressive creature decks or spell-heavy builds. The ability is flexible and costs no mana, but it requires Della & Bolt to remain ready and does little unless your deck contains worthwhile targets, so it is not an automatic staple. For a more generally powerful Axiom strategy, Subhash & Marmo is usually the better hero because it provides broader ramp and value, while Della & Bolt is preferable only when your list is specifically built around reusable permanents and reserve interactions. It should see play in that dedicated shell, but not in a generic Axiom deck.
