Asmodeus C would fit well in a midrange or control deck that can capitalize on its ability to either gain the Anchored status for sustained board presence or utilize the boosts for aggressive plays. Decks that focus on maintaining board control while also having the flexibility to adapt to different game states would benefit most from this card. While there may be other cards that provide more consistent benefits or stronger effects for a similar cost, such as Gideon, Ally of Zendikar for its ability to create powerful tokens and provide a consistent board presence, Asmodeus C's unique mechanic can still offer strategic advantages. Overall, it could see play in specific builds that can leverage its strengths effectively.
