Requiem best fits a Muna control or tempo deck that wants cheap, flexible interaction against low-cost threats—especially a list built to exploit or punish Fleeting Characters while still having an answer to troublesome Permanents. Its main weakness is that it cannot remove non-Fleeting Characters, its Hand Cost 4 restriction becomes poor later in the game, and Fleeting means it cannot be banked in Reserve, so it is somewhat narrow and creates card disadvantage if no valid target exists. It is generally weaker than broader removal such as **Bait and Switch** or other unconditional Character-removal options when those are available, while dedicated Permanent removal is preferable if your metagame is dominated by landmarks or other Permanents.
