Circe is best in a sacrifice-oriented Ordis control or token deck that uses cheap expendable Characters, death/leave-play triggers, or wants to replace a doomed Character with a Woollyback while forcing the opponent to lose a larger threat; it is much weaker in ordinary Ordis midrange or aggressive lists because your opponent can sacrifice their least valuable Character and receive a 1/1/1 token in return, making the effect close to even card advantage. For straightforward removal, `Off You Go!` is generally better because it lets you target the opponent’s important Character without sacrificing one of your own, while Circe is only preferable when you actively benefit from sacrificing your own board. Overall, Circe is a niche synergy card rather than an automatic inclusion: it should see play in dedicated sacrifice or token builds, but most Ordis decks should skip it in favor of more reliable removal, stronger Characters, or cards that advance their expedition plan without giving the o
