Studious Rookie

حول Studious Rookie

Studious Rookie, Character, صمم بواسطة None صدر لأول مرة في سبتمبر 2026 في التحرير Seeds of Unity وطبع بالضبط في 2 أشكال مختلفة.

Studious Rookie fits a slow Yzmir control or spell-combo deck that reliably plays several high-cost spells, especially lists built around cards costing 4 or more and long games where a cheap early character can accumulate value; it is poor in low-curve tempo, creature-focused, or spell-light decks because its boost is conditional and only triggers once while requiring the Rookie to survive. It is playable as a budget or synergy option, but generally not a priority because a one-time +1 boost is modest for a fragile board presence; stronger alternatives are usually **Kitsune** for immediate pressure or **Mighty Jinn** for more impactful late-game spell synergy, depending on your curve. I would only include Studious Rookie when your deck has roughly eight or more qualifying spells and lacks better early-game characters; otherwise, it should not see competitive play.
